The Governor in Council makes the following Order:

1. Objective
The objective of this Order is to increase the fees
payable in respect of civil proceedings in theCounty Court.
2. Authorising provision
This Order is made under section 28 of the
County Court Act 1958.
3. Commencement
This Order comes into operation on 1 February
2000.
4. New Schedule substituted
For the Schedule to the County Court (Court Fees)
Order 19961 substitute—
