County Court (Bailiff's Fees) (Amendment) Order

2000

The Governor in Council makes the following Order:
Dated: 18 January 2000

Clerk of the Executive Council

1. Objective

The objective of this Order is to increase the fees payable to the bailiff.

2. Authorising provision

This Order is made under section 28 of the

County Court Act 1958.

3. Commencement

This Order comes into operation on 1 February

2000.

4. Fees

For Order 3 of the County Court (Bailiff's Fees)
Order 19961 substitute—

County Court (Bailiff's Fees) (Amendment) Order 2000

r. 4 S.R. No. 5/2000

"3. Fees to the bailiff

The fees payable for work performed by the bailiff are as set out in the following Table—

redirection of any warrant, writ
or other process or the receipt
of instructions to proceed with
execution after the party at
whose request the warrant was
issued has earlier provided
instructions to withhold or
withdraw from execution
