Country Towns Sewerage Amendment By -laws

(No. 2) 2000

Made by the Minister under section 34(1) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These by-laws may be cited as the Country Towns Sewerage

2.            By-law 31 inserted

After by-law 30 of the Country Towns Sewerage By-laws 1952* the following by-law is inserted -

31.          Prescribed proximity to a sewer

For the purposes of section 42 of the Country Towns is —

(a)

1 m around the perimeter of a chamber giving access to a sewer; and

(b)

15 m above the surface of a chamber giving access to a sewer.
