COUNTRY TOWNS SEWERAGE AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1991

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

Minister for Water Resources.

Citation
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Country Towns Sewerage Amendment By-

32 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA [3 January 1992

Principal by-laws

2.     In these by-laws, the Country Town Sewerage Act Bylaws* are referred to

as the principal by-laws.

By-law 1 amended

By-law 1 of the principal by-laws is amended by deleting "Country Towns

3. Sewerage Act By-laws" and substituting the following -

it ".

Country Towns Sewerage By-laws 1952

By-law 176 amended

4.     By-law 176 of the principal by-laws is amended -

(a) in sub-bylaw (3) by deleting -

(i)      "1 January 1990" and substituting the following -

it

the commencement of the Country Towns

Sewerage Amendment By-laws 1991

and

(ii)    "of the 9/4.5 litre dual-flush type." and substituting the

following -

it either of the 0/4.5 litre dual-flush type or of the 6
litre single-flush type.

and

(b) in sub-bylaw (4) by -

(i)      deleting "1 January 1990" and substituting the following -

44 the commencement of the Country Towns

Sewerage Amendment By-laws 1991

(ii)     inserting after "dual-flush type" the following -

it

or the 6 litre single-flush type "; and

(iii)    inserting after "dual-flush apparatus" the following -

ly

it or 6 litre single-flush apparatus
