AN ACT to amend the Country Towns Sewerage

Act, 1948-1973.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Country anti title

Section 11

amended. 2. Subsection (3) of section 11 of the principal

Act is amended

(a)	by adding after the article "a" in line one the words "person or";
(b)	by adding after the word "the" where first occurring in line three the words "person or";
(c)	by deleting the word "the" where secondly occurring in line four and substituting the words "that person or"; and
(d)	by deleting the word "the" where secondly occurring in line eleven and substituting the words "that person or".
