REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and Charges)Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1996.

Principal regulations
2. In these regulations the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and Charges) Regulations 1991" are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Schedule amended
3. (1) Part 1 of the Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in item commencing

"AREA 6"-

(a) by deleting "Town of" and substituting the following-

" City of "; and

(b) by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following - <<

(a) Metered rates -

to apply between the hours of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to

Friday -

(2) Part 2 of the Schedule to the principal regulations is amended -

in item 2, in paragraph (c) by deleting "Areas 6,9,112' and substituting the follow-

ing -
" Areas 9 and l1 "; and
in item 3, in paragraph (d) by deleting "Areas 8, 9 and 10" and substituting the

following -

" Areas 9 and l 0 ".
