Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and

2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 , on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July ly 2012.

3.            Regubtions amended

These regulations amend the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and

Charges) Regu/alion.s 1991.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

(1)	In re^tulation 3(3) delete "a 30 kn-ii' (each occurrence) and insert:

(2)	Delete regulation 3(4) and insert:
(4) In suhregulation (3) —

designated radius means -

(a)	for a taxi-car hired in a portion of the State specified in Schedule 1 Division 1. 2. 34
or 5 a 30 km radius of the post office

designated in the relevant taxi-car licence; or

(b) for a taxi-car' hired in a portion of the State specified in Schedule 1 Division 6 - a 15 km radius of the post office designated in the relevant taxi-car licence.
