5. Rule 63 .amended
(1) Delete rule 63 (2) and insert:
(2) In a B -double that -
(a) consists oft semi-trailers built to carry cattle. sheep. pigs or horses; and
(b) includes at least I semi-trailer over 4.3 m hi^th. the 2 semi-trailers must not have over 18.8 m of their combined length available lbr the carriage of animals.
(2) After rule 63(3) insert:
(4) However, when measuring the length cif a trailer with a
rounded front. the length is not to include the rounded
portion.

1. Citation
These regulations are the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and
Charges) Amendment Regu1 itions 2012.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows -
(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

These regulations amend the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and
Charges) Regulation, 1991.
