Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and

Charges) Amendment Regulations 1995.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 3 July 1995

Schedule amended

3. The Schedule to the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and Charges) Regulations

1991* is amended —

(a) in Part 1 by deleting the item commencing "AREA 1" and

substituting the following item —

AREA 1— Outside the area to which the Taxi-car Control Act 1985 applies but in the South West Land Division, and in the Shires of Leonora and Yilgarn —

(a)	Metered rates —
(i) to apply between the hours of 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday

(ii)in item 3 (a) by deleting "22.00" and substituting the

following -

a 24.00
