COUNTRY TAXI-CARS (FARES AND CHARGES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and

Charges) Amendment Regulations 1994.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 4 March 1994.

Schedule amended

3.

1991* is amended in Part 1 in the item commencing "AREA 2— Shire of The Schedule to the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and Charges) Regulations

Northampton" —

(a)	in subitem (a) (i) —
(i) by deleting "Flag fall 2.00" and

substituting the following —

" Flag fall 2.50 "; and

(ii)	by deleting "per kilometre	1.00" and
substituting the following —

per kilometre 1.10

and

(b) in subitem (a) (ii) —

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

(i)	by deleting "Flag fall	2.70" and
substituting the following —

" Flag fall 3.00 "; and

substituting the following —
