REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 4 October 1993.

Schedule amended

3. The Schedule to the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and Charges) Regulations

1991* is amended in Part 1 —

(a)	in the item commencing "AREA 1 —" by deleting " Leonora, Coolgardie" and substituting the following """
di ff .

Leonora ,

(b) in the item commencing "AREA 7 — " by inserting after "City of Kalgoorlie/Boulder" the following —

and Shire of Coolgardie "; and

(c) by deleting the item commencing "AREA 8 — ".
