AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and Charges)

Amendment Regulations 1991.

Commencement
2. These regulations shall come into operation on the day on which they are

Schedule amended

3. The Schedule to the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and Charges) Regulations 1991*

is amended—

(a)	in Part 1-
(i) under the heading "AREA 7—City of Kalgoorlie/Boulder" by delet- ing paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following para- graphs—

Metered rates-

(i) to apply between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday—

Flagfall .............................................. 2.00

Distance rate—

per kilometre .............................. 1.00

for each 100 m or part thereof ... 0.10

Detention charge—

for each 15 seconds or part thereof 0.10

Minimum charge .............................. 2.00

(ii) to apply between the hours of 6 pm to 6 am Monday to Friday, 6 pm Friday to 6 am Monday and all day on public holidays—
