COUNTRY NORTH COMMUNITY SERVICES ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2012

Application to for approval of Country North Community Services Enterprise Agreement 2012 - Application withdrawn.

[1] An application has been made for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Country North Community Services Enterprise Agreement 2012 (the Agreement). The application was made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) by Country North Community Services Incorporated. The Agreement is a single-enterprise agreement.

[2] At a conference conducted on 20 April 2012, the applicant, having considered the various issues raised by the Tribunal, sought to withdraw the application.

[3] Permission was granted and the file has been closed.

[4] I note however, that the parties intend to undertake a further employee approval process in relation to a revised version of the agreement having regard to the observations made in today’s conference.
