AN ACT to amend the Country High School Hostels

Authority Act, 1960-1967.

[Assented to 31st October, 1972.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Country	Short title
and

High School Hostels Authority Act Amendment Act,	citation.
1972.
(2) In this Act the Country High School Hostels Authority Act, 1960-1967 is referred to as the principal Act.

Authority.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Country High School Hostels Authority Act, 1960-1972.

Amendment

to S. 12. 2. Subsection (4) of section 12 of the principal

(Power to	Act is repealed and re-enacted as follows
borrow money.)

(4) Any moneys borrowed by the Authority under this section may be raised as one loan or as several loans and in such manner as the Treasurer may approve, but the amount of the moneys so borrowed shall not in any one year exceed in the aggregate such amount as the Treasurer approves. .
