AN ACT to amend section twelve of the Country

High School Hostels Authority Act, 1960-1966.

[Assented to 27th October, 1967.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Country High School Hostels Authority Act Amendment Act, 1967.	and
citation.
(2) In this Act the Country High School Hostels Authority Act, 1960-1966 is referred to as the principal Act.
(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Country High School Hostels Authority Act, 1960-1967.

amended. 2. Subsection (4) of section twelve of the principal Act is repealed and re-enacted with amendments as follows

(4) The Treasurer shall not in pursuance of this section guarantee in any one year the repayment of any principal moneys in excess of three hundred thousand dollars, or the payment of interest on any principal moneys in excess of that sum. .
