AN ACT to amend the Country High School Hostels

Authority Act, 1960.

[Assented to 10th October, 1961.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Country and citation.

High School Hostels Authority Act Amendment Act,

1961.

(2) In this Act the Country High School Hostels Authority Act, 1960, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Country High School Hostels Authority Act, 1960-1961.

amended. 2. Subsection (4) of section twelve of the principal Act is amended by adding after the word, "sum", being the last word in the subsection, the passage, "but in respect of each of the years ending on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-two and on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-three, this subsection applies as though the reference herein to one hundred thousand pounds were a reference to two hundred thousand pounds".
