Reserve) Abolition Order 2017

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 9(1)(d) of the
Act.

1.            Citation

This order is the Country Areas Water Supply (Mullalyup Water

2494 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 16 May 2017

2.            Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows -

(a)	clauses 1 and 2 - on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the order— on the day after that day.

3.            Mullalyup Water Reserve

(1) In this clause-

Mullalyup Water Reserve means the Mullalyup Water Reserve constituted under section 9 of the Act by an Order in Council published in the Gazette on 12 August 1983 at page 2915.

(2) The Mullalyup Water Reserve is abolished.
