Country Areas Water Supply (Clearing Licence)

Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Country Areas Water Supply (Clearing
Licence) Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 comes into operation.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Country Areas
Water Supply (Clearing Licence) Regulations 1981*.

4.             Regulation 13 amended

Regulation 13(b) is amended by deleting “Department of Land
Administration” and inserting instead —

“ Western Australian Land Information Authority ”.
