Country Areas Water Supply (Clearing Licence)

Amendment Regulations 2004

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Country Areas Water
Supply (Clearing Licence) Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which Part 9
of the Environmental Protection Amendment Act 2003 comes
into operation.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Country Areas
Water Supply (Clearing Licence) Regulations 1981*.

4.             Regulation 13 amended

Regulation 13 is amended after paragraph (e) by deleting the full stop and inserting —

“

(f) for the clearing of an area of land under a Part IIA of the Act in respect of the area.
