Country Areas Water Supply Amendment

By-laws 2011

Made by the Minister under the Country Areas Water Supply Act 1947 section 105 and the Water Agencies (Powers) Act 1984 section 34.

1.             Citation

These by-laws are the Country Areas Water Supply Amendment
By-laws 2011.

2.             Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows —

(a)	by-laws 1 and 2 — on the day on which these by-laws are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the by-laws — on the day after that day.

3.             By-laws amended

These by-laws amend the Country Areas Water Supply
By-laws 1957.

4.             By-law 11 amended

(1) In by-law 11(2):

(a) delete “Commission” and insert:

CEO

(b) in paragraph (a) delete “its” and insert:

the CEO’s

(2) In by-law 11(3):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete “the Commission’s” and insert:

the CEO’s

(b) in paragraph (b) delete “Commission” and insert:

CEO

5.             By-law 23 amended

(1)	In by-law 23(1) delete “Commission.” and insert:

6.             By-law 32 amended

insert:

7.             Division 3 heading amended

In the heading to Division 3 delete “Commission” and insert:

8.             By-law 40 amended

In by-law 40 delete “vested in the Corporation or the
Commission,” and insert:

under the care, control and management of the
Corporation or the Minister,

9.             By-law 105 amended

(1)	In by-law 105(1) delete “Commission” and insert:

(2)	In by-law 105(2) delete “Commission” and insert:
