Country Areas Water Supply Amendment

By-laws 2005

Made by the Minister under section 34(1) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These by-laws are the Country Areas Water Supply Amendment
By-laws 2005.

2.            The by-laws amended

The amendments in these by-laws are to the Country Areas
Water Supply By-laws 1957*.

3.             By-law 52 amended

By-law 52(1) is amended by deleting "$40." and inserting instead —

4.            By-law 58A amended

(1)	By-law 58A(1)(a) is amended by deleting "the Standards Association of Australia" in both places where it occurs and "that Association" and inserting instead -
" Standards Australia ";
(2)	By-law 58A(3) is amended by deleting "works of the Coordinator" and inserting instead -
" works of the Corporation ".
5.	By-law 59 amended By-law 59(2) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "$20" and inserting instead - " $200 ";
(b)	by deleting "$4" and inserting instead - " $20 ".

6. By-law 67 amended
By-law 67(3) is repealed.

7.            By-law 71 repealed

By-law 71 is repealed.

8.            By-law 105 amended

By-law 105(1) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "$40" and inserting instead - " $200 ";
(b)	by deleting "$10" and inserting instead - " $50 ".
