AN ACT to amend the Country Areas Water Supply
Act, 1947.

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Majesty, by and with the advice and consent
Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Country Areas Water Supply Act Amendment Act, 1950, and shall
be read as one with the Country Areas Water Supply Act, 1947 (Act No. 62 of 1947), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

tion), so that the delegated powers or functions may be exercised by the delegate with respect to the matters or class of matters, or the whole or that part of the State, specified in the in- strument of delegation.
(3) Every delegation under this section shall be revocable at will and no delegation shall prevent the exer- cise of any power or function by the Minister.
(4) Where, by any of the provisions of this Act or any by-law or regula- tion in force by virtue of this Act, the exercise of any power or function by the Minister, or the operation of any provisions of the Act or of that by-law or regulation, is dependent oh the opinion, belief, satisfaction or other state of mind of the Minister in rela- tion to any matter, that power or function may be exercised by the person to whom that power or function has been delegated by the Minister, or that provision may operate, as the case may be, upon the opinion, belief, satis- faction or other state of mind of that person in relation to that matter.
(5) A delegate exercising power in pursuance of the provisions of this section shall have and enjoy in respect of that exercise all the immunities from personal liability as the Minister would have and enjoy if the Minister had exercised the power.
(6) Any delegation purporting to have been made by the Minister under this Act or any by-law or regulation in force by virtue of this Act prior to the coming into operation of the Country Areas Water Supply Act Amendment Act, 1950, shall have the same force as if made under the Country Areas Water Supply Act, 1947-
