HEREAS certain lists of Counties and Hundreds, intendedPreamble.
to be proclaimed under the provisions of Act No. 6 of 1861, were, on the sixteenth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy, laid by mistake before Parliamcnt: And whereas it is not expedient that such Counties and Hundreds should bc so proclaimed at present: And whereas the aforesaid lists Imving remained before Yarliament for fourteen clays, in pursuance of the said Act, it is desirable to set at rest all questions as to the effect thereof: Be i t therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:
