have been constituted within the Province of South Australia, by the Governor for the time being, by Proclamation in the | ||
raised as to the validity of such Proclamations, and it is desirable that such questions should be set at rest-Be it therefore enacted by the Governor-in-Chief of the Province of South Australia, with the advice | ||
and consent of the Legislative Council and I-iouse of Asselubly of the | ||
said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows: | ||

stitution of any County or Hundred shall be deemed and taken to be legal and valid. |
2. I t shall be lawful for the Governor, by and with the advice andCounties and H U ~ -
consent of the Executive Council, by Proclamation in the | |
lands in such Proclamation mentioned shall constitute a County or Hundred, as in such Proclamation shall be declared, and in any such Proclamations | |
