I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 5(4) of the Council of Law Reporting Act 1990 .18 November 2013

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Council of Law Reporting Order 2013 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Council of Law Reporting Act 1990 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Section 5 amended (Membership of Council) Section 5(1)(d) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "the Bar Association of Tasmania" and substituting "The Tasmanian Bar". 5Schedule 1 amended (Provisions with respect to membership of the council) Clause 6(c) of Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting "the Bar Association of Tasmania" and substituting "The Tasmanian Bar".
