the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following

Amendment of Council of Defence Regulations.
Regulation 8 of the Council of Defence Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3) the words “the Secretary, Defence Committee” and inserting in their stead the words “an officer of the Secretariat of the Department of Defence”.
