STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATION UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1947.

THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the Council of Defence Regulations.
Regulation 3 of the Council of Defence Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words—
“The Minister of State for Munitions;
“The Minister of State for Aircraft Production;”,
and inserting in their stead the words “The Minister of State for Supply and Development;”.
