STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE COTTON INDUSTRIES BOUNTY ACT 1930-1932.

advice of the Federal Executive Council hereby make the following regulations
under the

Amendment of Cotton Industries Bounty Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1930, No. 105, as amended to this, date.)
“12a. Any authorized person may, at all reasonable times, enter upon any factory, or premises where there is manufactured or stored raw cotton or cotton yarn in any stage of manufacture in respect of which bounty has been, is, or may become, payable and may take stock of that cotton or cotton yarn.
(
a ) by inserting in paragraph (a ) after the word “yarn” the words “, or for taking stock of all raw cotton or yarn in any stage of manufacture which is on the factory or premises.” and(
b ) by inserting in paragraph (b ), after the word “yarn”, the words “, or to take stock of all raw cotton or yarn in any stage of manufacture which is on the factory or premises.”.
“15. Any person who is guilty of any contravention of any of these regulations shall be liable, upon conviction, to a penalty not exceeding Fifty pounds.”.
