AN ACT to validate the General Rates made

by the Road Board of the Road District

of Cottesloe Beach, formerly Buckland Hill.

[Assented to 21st December, 1909.]

13E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by antLegislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this prese-twith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council ant

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, is

follows :—

1. All general rates heretofore made and levied or purportng Rates validated.

to be made and levied by the Road Board of the Road Distric of Cottesloe Beach (formerly known as Buckland Hill), shall be cleaned to have been lawfully made and levied, and all things necessary to be done in and towards the making and levying of such rates shah be deemed to have been duly performed notwithstanding any failure to comply with any of the provisions of the Roads Act, 1902, relating thereto, and the said rates may be recovered by the said Road Board accordingly as if the provisions of the said Act were in all respects duly complied with.
