AN O R D I N A N C E
' To amend the Cotter Elver Ordinance 1914.
J T ) E it oidained by the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of JD Air-halia. acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Seat of Govern- ment Acceptance Act 1909 and the Seat of Government Administration
Act 1910, as follows:—
1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Cotter River Ordinance short ««o tad

(2.) The Colter River Ordinance 1914 is in. this Ordinance referred
to as the Principal Ordinance.
(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended hy this Ordinance,
may be cited as the Cotter River Ordinance 1914-1919.
2. After section one of the Principal Ordinance the following Definitions.
section is inserted :—
" I A . In this Ordinance, unless the contrary intention
appears—
' the Minister' means the Minister for the time being ad- ministering the Federal Capital territory or the person authorized by him to administer this Ordinance."
<.\',7r.Q 3 . Section two of the Principal Ordinance is amended— sWingta (a) by emitting from sub-section (1.) the 'word " Administrator" and iriimt&rteB•
and inserting in its stead the word " Minister " ;
(b) by omitting from sub-section (I.) the word " h i m " and inserting in its stead the words " the person accused " ; and
(c) by omitting from sub-section (3.) the word " Administrator "
and inserting in its stead vthe word " Minister."
4. Section three of the Principal Ordinance is amended— Camrinsor plsnfcVing on {a) by omitting the word " Administrator " and inserting in c^fj^ares

3A. NotLmg in this Ordinance shall be deemed to restrict the rights of any person holding land within the area described in the Schedule under Crown Grant, Conditional Purchase. Lease,'Licence, or Permissive Occupancy.'1 / •
