An Act to amend the Law as to Costs in

Mat r imonia l Causes. [28th November, 1878.]

BE

it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legis-

lative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by
the authority of the same as follows:—

1. So much of the forty-first section of the "Matrimonial Causes Act" thirty-sixth Victoria number nine as provides that there shall be no appeal on the subject of costs only is hereby repealed.

2. The provisions relating to appeals contained in the fifth section of the said Act shall from and after the passing of this Act apply to any decree or order made by a single Judge respecting costs only but no security shall be required in appeals as to costs merely.
