Made under the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct and Criminal
Property Confiscation Amendment Act 2018 section 2(b) by the
Lieutenant Governor and Administrator in Executive Council.
1. Citation
This proclamation is the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct and
Criminal Property Confiscation Amendment Act 2018
Commencement Proclamation 2018.
2. Commencement of Act

The Corruption, Crime and Misconduct and Criminal Property
Confiscation Amendment Act 2018, other than Part 1, comes into
operation on 1 September 2018.

Note: The Supreme Court Amendment Rules (No. 3) 2018 come into operation on the
