2 Corrective Services (Regional Community Correction Boards) No. 284, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Corrective Services (Regional Community Correction Boards) Order 1992 . ˙ Establishment of regional community correction boards 2.(1) A regional community correction board is established for each of the areas of the State specified in the Schedule. (2) The name assigned to the board established for each area is the name set opposite the area in the Schedule. ˙ Repeals 3. The following orders in council are repealed— (a) order in council made under the Act on 15 December 1988 and published in the Gazette on 17 December 1988 at page 2107; (b) order in council made under the Act on 20 July 1989 and published in the Gazette on 22 July 1989 at page 2578; (c) order in council made under the Act on 8 February 1990 and published in the Gazette on 10 February 1990 at page 726.

The part of the State that is north of the 18th parallel of south latitude 2. The part of the State that is north of the 21st parallel of south latitude and south of the 18th parallel of south latitude, and includes the City of Mackay 3. The part of the State that is north of the 25th parallel of south latitude and south of the 21st parallel of south latitude, but excludes the City of Mackay 4. The part of the State that is south of the 25th parallel of south latitude, but excludes the the suburbs of River Hills and Wacol in the City of Brisbane, Numinbah Correctional Centre and Palen Creek Correctional Centre 5. The part of the State that is the suburbs of River Hills and Wacol in the City of Brisbane, and includes Numinbah Correctional Centre and Palen Creek Correctional Centre Name assigned to the board North Queensland Regional Community Corrections Board Townsville Regional Community Corrections Board Rockhamptom Regional Community Corrections Board Brisbane Regional Community Corrections Board West Moreton Regional Community Corrections Board
