This regulation may be cited as the Corrective Services (Establishment of Prisons) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1999 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the CorrectiveServices(EstablishmentofPrisons) Regulation 1992 . ˙ Amendment of Schedule 3.(1) Schedule, item 3, ‘Brisbane Women’s Correctional Centre’— omit, insert— ‘Brisbane Women’s Remand and Reception Centre’. (2) Schedule— insert— ‘ 9. Lot 530 on plan SP 111924, county of Stanley, parish of Oxley, other than the land occupied by the Brisbane Women’s Correctional Centre—area 102.5 ha Wolston Correctional Centre 10. Part of lot 530 on plan SP 111924, county of Stanley, parish of Oxley, shown as ‘Women’s Prison 5.773 ha’ on sketch plan number 5016-3A which may be inspected at the office of the manager, contract administration, Queensland Corrective Services Commission, level 22, 50 Ann Street, Brisbane—area 5.773 ha Brisbane Women’s Correctional Centre’.
