2 Corrective Services (Establishment of Prisons) Amendment (No. 2) No. 447, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Corrective Services (Establishment of Prisons) Amendment Order (No. 2) 1992 . ˙ Amended order 2. The Corrective Services (Establishment of Prisons) Order 1992 is amended as set out in this order. ˙ Replacement of s.2 (Place no longer a prison) 3. Section 2— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Place no longer a prison ‘2. The place known as the Wacol Correctional Centre is declared to no longer be a prison. ’. ˙ Insertion of new s.4 4. After section 3— insert— ˙ ‘Reference to plans ‘4. A plan mentioned in the Schedule is a plan registered in the Department of Lands. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule (Places declared to be prisons and names assigned) 5.(1) Schedule— omit ‘ registered in the Department of Lands ’ (wherever occurring). (2) Schedule (after item 5)— insert—

Lot 631 on plan SL813382, Wacol Correctional Centre ’. county of Stanley, parish of South Brisbane and Lot 487 on plan SL12664, county of Stanley, parish of South Brisbane, but not including— (a) Parts B and C on plan Sl.10291 as shown on CP854829; and (b) Lot D shown on CP854829 ˙ Repeal 6.
