2 Corrective Services (Establishment of Prisons) Amendment (No. 1) No. 338, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Corrective Services (Establishment of Prisons) Amendment Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended order in council 2. The Corrective Services (Establishment of Prisons) Order 1992 is amended as set out in this order in council. ˙ Replacement of ss.2–3 3. Sections 2 to 3— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Place no longer a prison ‘2. The place known as the Palen Creek Correctional Centre is declared to no longer be a prison. ˙ ‘Places declared to be prisons and names assigned ‘3. The places described in the Schedule are declared to be prisons and the name assigned to each prison is the name set opposite the place in the Schedule. ’. ˙ Replacement of Schedule 4.
