Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Corrective Services Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of s 6 (Breach of discipline—Act, s 113(1)) (1) Section 6— insert ‘(pa) wilfully damaging or destroying any property that is part of a corrective services facility, or other property of the State in the facility;’. (2) Section 6(t), ‘paragraphs (a) to (r)’— omit, insert— ‘paragraphs (a) to (s)’. (3) Section 6(pa) to (t)— renumber as section 6(q) to (u). 4 Amendment of s 24 (Visitor identification—Act, s 160(1)) (1) Section 24(2)— renumber as section 24(3). (2) Section 24— insert ‘(2) Despite subsection (1), a visitor who is a child may prove his or her identity by any 1 of the identification documents mentioned in subsection (1)(a).’. (3) Section 24(3), as renumbered, after ‘(1)’— Page 2 2008 SL No. 338
insert ‘or (2)’.
