This regulation may be cited as the Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1991 . Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 January 1992.

2 Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1991 Amended regulations 3. The Corrective Services Regulations 1989 are amended as set out in this regulation. Name of provision units 4.(1) A provision of the Corrective Services Regulations 1989 that was, immediately before the commencement of this section, called a regulation may be called a section. (2) A provision of the Corrective Services Regulations 1989 that was, immediately before the commencement of this section, called a subregulation may be called a subsection. (3) A reference in the Corrective Services Regulations 1989 to a regulation or subregulation of the regulations designated by a number is a reference to a section or subsection of the regulations designated by that number. Replacement of s.1 (Short title) 5. Section 1— omit , insert — ‘Short title ‘1. This regulation may be cited as the Corrective Services Regulation 1989 . ’. Omission of s.3 (Arrangement of regulations) 6. Section 3— omit . Amendment of Schedule (Forms) 7.(1) Schedule (List of forms before Form 1)— omit . (2) Schedule (Form 35, citation of Act)—

(3) Schedule (Form 35, Note (2))— omit ‘ before the expiration of the time allowed to pay the amount ordered ’. (4) Schedule— after Form 36— insert — ‘ Form 36A QUEENSLAND Corrective Services Act 1988 (s.234) Corrective Services Regulation 1989 FINE OPTION ORDER (Clerk of the Court) To ( full name ), born on ( date ), of ( full address ). I, ( name ), Clerk of the Court at ( name ) Magistrates Court, ORDER that you perform ( number ) hours unpaid community service. The conviction to which this order relates is set out in the Schedule. You are to report within ( time ) to the community correctional officer at ( place ). If you change your address, you must tell the community correctional officer within 48 hours after the change. You must perform the community service that the community correctional officer or a supervisor directs you to perform and at the times that may be directed. You must perform the community service in a satisfactory manner. You must, while performing community service, comply with the reasonable directions of a supervisor.
