Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Commencement Sections 6 and 8 commence on 5 May 2014. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Corrective Services Regulation 2006. 4 Amendment of s 16 (Declaration of corresponding laws—Act, s 96) Section 16, after last bullet point— insert — • the PrisonsRegulations1982(WA), part V, division 10. 5 Amendment of s 18 (Privileged mail) (1) Section 18(1)(n) to (r)— renumber as section 18(1)(o) to (s). (2) Section 18(1)— insert — (n) the chairperson of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse established by letters patent gazetted on 1 February 2013; 6 Amendment of s 20 (Prohibited things—Act, s 123(1)) (1) Section 20(y)— renumber as section 20(za).
