Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Corrective Services Regulation 2006 . 3 Amendment of s 18 (Privileged mail) (1) Section 18(1)(m) to (q)— renumber as section 18(1)(n) to (r). (2) Section 18(1)— insert — ‘(m) the Commissioner for Children and Young People and Child Guardian under the Commission for Children andYoung People and Child Guardian Act 2000 ;’.
