Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Corrective Services Regulation 2006 . 3 Insertion of new pt 6 After section 49— insert— ‘Part 6 Transitional provision ‘50 Transitional provision for Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 ‘A reference in any document to the Townsville Correctional Centre is, if the context permits, taken to be a reference to the Townsville Correctional Complex.’. 4 Amendment of schedule (Prisons) Schedule, entry for Townsville Correctional Centre— omit, insert— ‘Townsville Correctional Complex Lot 56 on plan EP1573, lot 57 on plan SP152800, and lots 74–78 on plan E124236, county of Elphinstone, parish of Beor’.
