Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Corrective Services Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of s 44 (Deductions from prisoner’s account—Act, s 314) Section 44— insert— ‘(e) the satisfaction of a repayment order made against the prisoner under the Criminal Offence Victims Act 1995 , section 27; (f) the reimbursement of the State for an amount paid by the State under the Criminal Offence Victims Act 1995 , section 32 because of a compensation order made against the prisoner under section 24 of that Act.’.
