Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Corrective Services Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of s 47 (Engaged service providers to whom particular Acts apply) (1) Section 47(1)(b)— omit, insert— ‘(b) Serco Australia Pty Limited ACN 003 677 352.’.
