s1 2 s5 Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 305, 2002 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Corrective Services Regulation 2001 . 3 Amendment of s 7 (Privileged mail—Act, sch 3, definition “privileged mail”) Section 7(1)(d)— omit, insert— ‘(d) the ombudsman;’. 4 Amendment of s 8 (Strip search requirements—Act, s 27A) Section 8(6)(k)— omit, insert— ‘(k) the ombudsman; or’. 5 Amendment of schedule (Prisons) Schedule— insert— ‘Maryborough Correctional Centre Lot 115 on crown plan LX 154 and lot 1 on RP 220285, county of Lennox, parish of Ferguson’.
