s1 2 s5 Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 188, 2001 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Corrective Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 16 October 2001. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Corrective Services Regulation 2001. 4 Insertion of new s 14A After section 14— insert— ‘14A Declaration of corresponding laws—Act, s 74 The following are declared to be corresponding laws for section 74 of the Act 1 — (a) Corrections Act 1986(Vic), part 8A; (b) Corrections Act 1997(Tas), part 6; (c) Crimes(AdministrationofSentences) Act1999(NSW), part 2, division 3; (d) Prisoners’ Interstate Leave Act 1997 (ACT).’. 5 Amendment of schedule (Prisons) (1) Schedule, entry for ‘Capricornia Correctional Centre’, ‘The part of lot’— omit, insert— ‘Lot’. 1 Section 74 (Corresponding laws)
