(INSPECTOR-GENERAL) ACT 1997 NO 18—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council. and in pursuanceof section 2 of the Correctional Centres Amendment (Inspector-General) Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 October 1998 as the day on which that Act commences.
