I, the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator, acting under section 2 (3) of the Corporations (Western Australia) Amendment Act 1991 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 31 July 1992 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than Part 1 and sections 4, 6, 16, 18 and 20, come into operation.
