Corporations Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Corporations Act 1989.

1.   Commencement

1.1   Regulation 4 is taken to have commenced on 1 January 1991.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Corporations Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 2 (Forms)

3.1   Form 605, item 1b:

Omit “, or subsection 710 (2) or 711 (2),”.

3.2   Form 703, Direction 5 (2):

Omit “Act”, substitute “Law”.

3.3   Form 704, item 3:

Omit “is referred to”, substitute “that licence is referred to”.

3.4   Form 704, item 5:

After “or will have”, insert “, as a result of the appointment referred to above”.

3.5   Form 704, item 8 (m):

Omit “704”, substitute “704’”.

3.6   Form 704, item 9:

Omit “applicant”, substitute “licensee”.

3.7   Form 715, item 9:

Omit “9.”, substitute “*9.”.

3.8   Form 715, item 10:

Omit “10.”, substitute “*10.”.

3.9   Form 803a, Direction 14:

Omit “17 (l)” (wherever occurring), substitute “15 (l)”.

3.10   Form 803a, Direction 15:

Omit “17 (n)” (wherever occurring), substitute “15 (n)”.

3.11   Form 803a, Direction 16:

Omit “17 (q)” (wherever occurring), substitute “15 (q)”.

4.   Schedule 9 (Authorised trustee corporations)

4.1   Add at the end:

“47 The Union Fidelity Trustee Company of Australia Limited

48 Union Trustee Company (Canberra) Limited
