Corporations Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Corporations Act 1989.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Corporations Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Schedule 9 (Authorised trustee corporations)

2.1   After item 9, insert:

“9A CHESS Depositary Nominees Pty Limited”.

2.2   After item 19, insert:

“19A  Permanent Custodians Limited

19B Permanent Depository Limited

19C Permanent Nominees (Aust.) Limited

19D Permanent Trustee Australia Limited”.

2.3   Item 21:

Omit the item.

2.4   Item 39:

Omit the item.

2.5   After item 41, insert:

“41A Superannuation Nominees Pty Limited”.

2.6   After item 47, insert:

“47A Trustees of Western Australia Limited”.
