2 Corporations (Queensland) Rules Amendment (No. 1) No. 326, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Corporations (Queensland)Rules Amendment Order (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended rules 2. The Corporations (Queensland) Rules 1993 are amended as set out in this order. ˙ Amendment of rule 68 (Notice of winding up order, service of copy and notice at foot (s.470(2)) (form 17)) 3. Rule 68(1)(b)— omit ‘ within 7 days of ’, insert ‘ as soon as practicable after ’. ˙ Amendment of rule 70 ( Order appointing provisional liquidator) 4. Rule 70(1)(a)— omit, insert— ‘ (a) on the application of— (i) the Commission; or (ii) a creditor or contributory; or (iii) the company; and ’. ENDNOTES 1.
